Welcome to Amore Gowns. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.


1. Orders & Purchasing

When you find an item you wish to purchase, select your size and click “Add to Bag.” You may proceed to checkout or continue shopping. All items will be processed through a single checkout.

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you require assistance at any stage, please contact us at info@amoregowns.com.au.


2. Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • PayPal

Please note that cash payments are not accepted.


3. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in the applicable currency.

  • Orders shipped within Australia are subject to GST (Goods and Services Tax).

  • Orders shipped outside Australia are not charged GST, but may be subject to local customs duties or taxes.


4. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Wedding Dresses: Approx. 16 weeks delivery

  • Bridesmaids, Prom & Mother of the Bride Dresses: Approx. 12 weeks delivery

Processing and delivery timelines may vary depending on availability and location.


5. Item Availability

We strive to maintain accurate inventory at all times. However, in rare cases, an item may become unavailable after purchase.

If this occurs, we will notify you promptly via email or phone. Any necessary changes will be reflected in your order total.


6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, once an order has entered production, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


7. Shipping & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from one of the following carriers:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • Australia Post


8. Billing & Credit Card Authorization

When an order is placed, an authorization hold may appear on your credit card.

  • You will only be charged when your item is shipped

  • Orders shipped in multiple packages may result in separate charges

  • Authorization holds may take several business days to be released by your bank


9. Security & Fraud Protection

At Amore Gowns, your security is our priority.

  • Our website is regularly monitored to prevent unauthorized access

  • We use SSL encryption technology to protect your personal data

  • All credit card information is securely encrypted
