Our Return Policy:

We take pride in our quality products and service, and we value our relationship with you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your item(s) back for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Store credit never expires.

Please note all sale items are FINAL and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. We do not accept return requests past 7 days of receiving your order. Orders sent back without an RA number are subject to a 50% fee and will ultimately delay your store credit or exchange order.

All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘Size Chart’ link above the dropdowns or at the bottom of the size dropdown on your dress of choice.

Once your order is placed, our Production team immediately verifies availability to provide you with an accurate delivery schedule.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY WINDOWS

Shipping times vary depending on the current availability of your selected style:
• In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 2 – 3 business days.
• Designer-Ready: If held by the designer, shipping typically takes 1-2 weeks.
• Custom Made-to-Order: If your gown needs to be tailored in your specific size, color, or style, please allow 4-6 months for production.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING DETAILS:

• Availability: We accept orders 24/7. Processing occurs in the order received, though Priority and Express orders are automatically fast-tracked.
• Reliable Delivery: All orders are shipped from our location in South Hurstville, NSW via trusted couriers such as Australia Post or FedEx/TNT, covering all states & International.
• Coordination is Key: We strongly recommend contacting us with your function date before or during your purchase. This allows us to double-check live inventory and designer lead times for you.
